Jazo is a theatrical performance about Death, the tension between end and infinity, and the passage of time in the mother-daughter relationship. A monologue, the actress will share with the audience stories of loss while showing cards with unspeakable concerns, family photographs, X-rays of her body, and her mother’s old diary.
Through the interweaving of these elements, the audience is invited to peer into the mother-daughter intimacy and reflect on the threshold between beginning and end, life and death.
